Why email verification matters
Email verification confirms your contact details, secures your account and ensures we can send you important updates about your loans, repayments, or community.
How to verify your email
- After sign-up, you will receive a One–Time Password (OTP) at your registered email address and phone number.
- Open your inbox and copy the OTP.
- Return to the page and enter the code in the verification field.
Your email and phone number will be verified instantly once the correct code is entered.
What’s next?
With your email verified, you can proceed to complete your KYC and link your bank account.
Tip: If you don’t see the OTP email, check your spam or promotions folder.
